What we collect

Your name and email address, the conversations you have in the app, files you upload, images you generate, and basic technical data such as your device platform and app version.

Why we collect it

To run your account, to show you your own history, and to send the messages you have asked to receive.

Who else sees it

Your messages are sent to the AI provider that answers them, so that it can generate a reply. They are not sold, and they are not used to advertise to you.

Your shared profile

Anything you enter under Shared profile is sent to experts only while that setting is on. Turning it off stops it immediately, and you can erase it from the same screen.

Notifications

If you allow notifications we store a device token so we can deliver them. You can turn push and email off separately in the app, and uninstalling removes the token.

How long we keep it

Conversations, uploads and generated images are kept until you delete them or close your account. Notifications you have read are removed after 90 days.

Your rights

You can delete your account from the app, which removes your conversations, uploads and generated images. You can also export a conversation, clear your shared profile, and switch off each notification channel separately.
