Legal
Refund Policy
When a purchase can be refunded.
Effective 5 August 2026
These are starting drafts, not legal advice. Have them reviewed against the laws that apply to you before you rely on them.
Purchases
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by the store under its own policy, not by us. Contact the store directly.
Credits
Credits already spent are not refundable. Unused credits are removed when an account is closed.
Something went wrong
A reply that fails refunds its credits automatically. If that did not happen, contact support and we will correct it.
